Thal Engineering, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Utilities Maintenance to support our production of wiring harnesses, seat covers, AC systems, and other automotive components.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Maintain and troubleshoot major utility equipment including generators, cooling systems, RO plants, voltage panels, transformers, and compressors.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical, compressed air, cooling, and water systems to support production lines.
Monitor daily utility operations, optimize performance, and implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Maintain records, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify improvement opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in utilities maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive setups.
Strong technical knowledge of utility systems and maintenance planning.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
