Responsibilities

• Answering the inbound calls landing on UAN.
• Making outbound calls for different tasks, e.g. withdrawals, follow up calls, drop call backs etc.
• Generating tickets for the relevant assignees for resolutions.
• Follow up of those tickets which are pending for the resolution on assignee’s end.
• Maintaining their own KPIs e.g. Quality, AHT, Quiz score, CSAT etc.
