Responsibilities:

• Teach at least 8 periods per week to stay actively involved in academics.
• Assist the Head in preparing timetables, coordinating course coverage, and monitoring syllabus break up.
• Allocation of duties to teachers and domestic staff and monitoring their performance.
• Conduct teacher evaluation through class observations, copy checking, and providing guidance.
• Carry out regular assessment of students’ performance and analysis of data.
