Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract talent for the Regional Office (RO) and School Leadership Teams (SLT).
• Coordinate the hiring process, including conducting interviews and assessments.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork completion.
• Arrange and oversee in-house tests and other hiring modalities on ERP.
• Provide support to schools for HR queries, experience letters, and clearance status.
• Ensure compliance with data and audit requirements and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies.
• Oversee leave audit compliance and ensure accurate recording of leaves taken by the employees.
• Maintain employee personal profiles and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Verify letters issued by HR and the Northern Regional Office (NRO)
• Assist with any other HR tasks assigned by senior management.
