Sr. Lead Manager / Head Engineering

Location	Karachi Plant (SITE)
Job Scope	– Lead and manage the plant team to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance in all supporting areas
Support the EHS function and provide necessary engineering assistance
Facilitate internal and external audits
Ensure team development and succession planning
Manage facility maintenance, renovation and revamping activities |
| Job Specification | – Should be B.E (Preferably Mechanical) with MBA preferred
Certification in Project Management and Financial control
15 to 18 years of experience in relevant domain, specially in Pharmaceutical industry
Excellent people management, communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience on SAP |
