• Ongoing 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing (Education, Telecom, FMCG, or Digital).
• Strong track record of admissions growth or high-ticket conversions.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand strategy.
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
