Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ digital experience – ideally with a combination of both B2B and B2C environments.
- Exemplary track-record of driving multiple strategic digital programs to market, generating buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Extremely effective at organizing, planning and delivering activities across a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience across all broad digital channels and able to demonstrate knowledge of latest advances within the digital marketing sector.
- Articulate and driven, has strong negotiation skills, enjoys managing people and working alongside a broad range of peers.
- Experience in managing budgets and people management.
- Deep expertise and confidence when discussing digital, with an excellent track record of making things happen.
- Ability to lead, support and motivate both internal and externally and to see the bigger strategic picture and implications.
- Passionate about digital and staying on top of the latest opportunities in digital with a questioning mind that pushes the boundaries.
- Highly collaborative with strong impact and influence skills.
