Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual business plan including developing the revenue strategy specifically focusing on ticketing strategy for Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio and other concerts and events.
- Work with the Sales, Marketing teams of Firdaus Studio/Firdaus Orchestra/ Firdaus productions to develop pricing strategy to maximise revenue
- Ensure ticketing process and operation are effective and efficient and does not impact the visitor satisfaction
- Monitor daily tickets sales data and provide report to VP-PMO in order to facilitate decision making. Suggest innovative offer and schemes to push ticket sales
- Co-ordinate with Finance team on ticketing revenue and corresponding reports.
- Monitor the box office sale of tickets
- Work with stakeholders in securing bulk deals, partnership and sponsors
- Ensure promo codes are correctly configured in the ticketing system
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Prior experience in the Event industry and ticketing operations
- Excellent knowledge of industry-related software
- Budget Management
- Personnel Management
