Key Responsibilities:

– Hey there! Make folks feel at home the second they walk in—smiles actually go a long way.

– Chat with customers, figure out what they’re after, what they like, and how much dough they wanna drop.

– Break down all the product details—what it does, how to take care of it, why it’s awesome, and what the warranty actually means (because, let’s face it, nobody reads the tiny print).

– Know your brands inside out. Like, if someone asks about that new collection, you better be ready to gush about it.

– Crush your sales goals, both solo and as a team—celebrate the wins, big or small. – Ring folks up quick and smooth at the register, so nobody’s stuck in line groaning.

– Jump in with stocking shelves, keeping stuff tidy, and making sure we’re never out of the popular things.

– If someone’s grumpy or confused, handle it fast and with some actual empathy—not that bored “customer service voice,” please.
