1- Timetabling Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

The key purpose of this role is to maintain an effective timetabling platform accessible to all users and to liaise with the University in order to ensure provided time tabling data is accurately recorded and updated as required to meet the university approved changes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with University’s representative to receive timetabling data and to ensure such data is readily available to be entered into the timetable system
• Prepare and schedule semester wise conflict free timetables for the university
• Participate in all timetabling system training on the use of the software and future updates.
• Respond, in a timely manner, to approved timetabling enquires from University’s representative and student queries, in person, by telephone, by e-mail and in writing
• Provide and confirm ad-hoc room bookings

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Good people skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment
• Ability to work without supervision
