Job Overview:

Finance Officer:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations in the Karachi office.

Service Advisor:
Supports the Service Department by preparing analytical reports, reviewing activities, assisting HOD in SOP evaluations, and coordinating with principals to enhance service operations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Finance Officer:

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: 1 year in finance/accounting domain

• Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, bookkeeping, financial reporting

Service Advisor:

• Education: DAE (Mechanical / Automotive)

• Experience: 1 year in automotive service domain

• Skills: Microsoft Office, analytical reporting, coordination, service process understanding

Qualifications:

• Finance Officer: Graduate, 1-year experience

• Service Advisor: DAE (Mechanical / Automotive), 1-year experience

Responsibilities:

Finance Officer:

• Reconciling daily, monthly, yearly transactions

• Maintaining financial records manually & digitally

• Preparing accounting, statistical, and financial reports

• Issuing cheques for payroll, utilities, and other company bills

Service Advisor:

• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for Service Department

• Plan and review service activities to improve efficiency

• Assist HOD in evaluating department SOPs

• Coordinate with principals via email for operational matters
