🚀 looking for a team player to act as the liaison between our customers & service technicians. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient service operations.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
2️⃣ Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
3️⃣ Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
4️⃣ Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
fresh to 1 year customer Service experience.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Detail-oriented, problem solver, with excellent communication skills.
