Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER IT HELPDESK

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, network, and operating systems
• Hands-on-experience with helpdesk software and ticketing tools (e.g. IOS, ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk)
• Ability to coordinate daily helpdesk operations
