1- Trade Sales and Service Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

The incumbent will be responsible to provide advise to the existing clients on trade products and services and penetrating the existing market identifying new customers Additional tasks will include achievement of high levels of service standards and maximization of client satisfaction timely advisory services Also pitching in cash management products to the client

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing timely advisory services to customer on various Trade and Cash Management products
• Enhance growth of the Trade proposition within Business Banking and Retail SME segment and ensure growth of the trade active customers
• Holding joint meetings with RMs clients to act as a subject matter expert on trade
• Ensure maximum penetration of the local market including NTB customers for trade
• Focus on present customer base to enhance the trade business and revenue for the segment

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of Banking experience preferably in an RM or Trade Sales role
• Knowledge of basic banking operations
• Adherence to policies and procedures
• Knowledge of basic banking operations
