• Write course outlines, making PowerPoint presentations, write course workbooks
• Update existing material as per the clients’ and trainers’ feedback and as per our quality management requirement
• Review training material and adapt it to clients’ requirements
• Business Development and selling of Training courses
• Review course reports and student feedback and implement any changes required.
• Review client needs and satisfaction, using this to inform and improve the curriculum offer
• Assist on client visits in regard to technically detailed courses
