Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule daily Medical EID and training appointments on the system to make sure all activities are updated on the system.
- Track all new joiners to ensure staff complete Arrival processes and released to BU within the agreed KPI
- Identify daily no shows and issue appropriate disciplinaries.
- Manage and track daily activities based on the arrival numbers for the day to ensure operation runs smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- EPT 3 or above required (as per Transguard English Standards)
- Knowledge of MS office applications..
- Intermediate use of MS excel .
- Must speak Hindi or Urdu.
