Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the policies and procedures of the company for effective communication with the employees
• Ensure to capture personal data changes timely/accurately in HCM system.
• Ensure Employee File remediation is done accurately and obtain necessary documents from employees where necessary.
• Review and process all HCM self service requests as per policy.
• Enroll new joiners in bio-metric system.
• Liaise with medical operations team and process medical card for employees and their dependents including cancellation of medical card for leavers

Job Requirements:

• QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• YEARS & NATURE OF EXPERIENCE – 2-5 years of experience
• LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS – Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic Language is a must
