Senior Executive — Organizational Development

Location:

Karachi (Group Role) | ✈ Occasional Travel

We’re looking

For someone who loves building structure out of ideas. As Senior Executive – OD, you’ll be the engine that turns strategies into real programs across our group companies driving change, shaping culture, and making HR systems smarter.

Responsibilities:

• Roll out OD initiatives that strengthen culture and performance across teams.
• Support the Head of HR & Admin in designing and executing people-development strategies.
• Drive change projects, from concept to execution, with clear timelines and adoption plans.
• Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports to measure progress.
• Partner with teams across locations to gather feedback and ensure smooth implementation.

What you bring:

a)  Qualification: BBA or Equivalent
b) Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in OD, L&D, or HR project execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and HR data.
• A proactive, organized mindset, you see gaps and propose solutions
