Transworld Home is looking for a Deputy Manager – Operations & Network Analyst to join our growing team in Islamabad.

If you have strong analytical skills, expertise in network performance monitoring, and a passion for driving operational excellence, this role is for you!

✨ What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

🔹 Keep an eagle eye on network KPIs, freak out over weird incidents, and hunt down whatever’s slowing things up
🔹 Slap together reports about how the network’s feeling—think availability, service quality, all that jazz
🔹 Pitch in when it’s time to upgrade or expand, and help keep those SLAs from turning into horror stories
🔹 Juggle dev projects, flag stuff that might blow up, and make sure everyone’s expansion dreams are somewhat sane
🔹 Rub elbows with stakeholders and drop some spicy strategic takes when needed

💡 Who We’re After:

✔ You’ve been around the block: 5–7 years doing Ops, QA/QC, Regulatory, Biz Dev—doesn’t matter, as long as you’ve seen stuff
✔ Your brain just loves solving puzzles and picking apart problems
✔ If Excel, Power BI, and other number-shuffling tools scare you, bail now
✔ Bachelor’s is a must, but if you’ve got a Master’s, we’ll pretend to be extra impressed
✔ You know how to herd cats (leadership), run projects, and keep all the important folks happy
