  4. Multitasking Abilities: You must be adept at managing multiple channels of communication and tasks simultaneously. This includes handling emails, Slack messages, Monday.com updates, and interacting with various hospitality systems.
  5. Monitoring Skills: You should be able to monitor systems effectively for any irregular booking behavior or anomalies, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
  6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing bookings, coordinating with team members, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. You should also be a strong team player, capable of collaborating well with others to achieve common goals.
  7. Shift Flexibility: The role may require working variable shifts, so you must be flexible with your working hours and able to adapt to different schedules.
  8. Support Role: You should be prepared to act as a resource and provide support for agents with questions related to ticketing and fares, including assisting branch offices as needed.
  9. Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy in all international tickets issued overnight is crucial. This includes verifying correct commissions and the lowest fare options to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.
