Reporting to: Team Lead Quality
Location: Karachi
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee QC practices related to raw materials, manufacturing, and finished products.
• Conduct Testing for conformance to specifications and document any non-conformance.
• Maintain inspection records, analyze data for trends, and assist in waste reduction.
• Assist in internal and external QC audits and maintain compliance with the QMS.
• Promote continuous improvement and train others on quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements in the QC laboratory.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant QC experience in Manufacturing (e.g. packaging/films).
• Strong knowledge of QC tools, testing procedures, and QMS standards (ISO certifications preferred).
• Good analytical, reporting and documentation skills overall.
• Strong team work, communication and problem solving skills.
