Job Responsibilities:
- Leading Arabia S&OP, ensuring that “One aligned number” flows across all systems and teams with the relevant building blocks and assumptions based on historical trends as well as quantified market insights.
- Developing a high quality and a midpoint forecast while improving monthly & weekly FA, FB and volume-value disconnect.
- Influencing demand by optimizing current mix and ensuring that gap-closure action plans are in place whenever possible.
- Taking DP and S&OP to the next level, elevating maturity with the use of enhanced analytics, science and digital tools.
Job Requirements:
- BSc in engineering, supply chain or business field.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of forecasting models and techniques.
- Proven experience in leading change and managing complex supply chains networks.
- Must have +5 years of experience managing supply, production, materials, and distribution planning with hands-on experience.
