Hiring: Assistant Manager Business Development

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: BBA or MBA in Marketing or any other relevant field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in designing territory and distribution plans for the rollout of UCS campuses.
- Support the presentation and promotion of the UCS franchise model to prospective and new investors.
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Assist in expanding the franchise network in the Southern Region through market surveys and competitive analysis.
- Participate in competitor and customer analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Support the development of a reliable marketing information system for informed strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and execute communication campaigns to attract potential investor inquiries.
Skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of strategy formulation and feasibility planning.
- Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
