We Are HIRING Join Our Team Assistant MANAGER TREASURY

JOB SUMMARY:
We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Manager – Treasury who actually gives a damn about the details and isn’t afraid to take charge. You’ll be smack in the middle of our Finance crew, juggling daily cash stuff, keeping our bank partners happy, and making sure no one’s pulling a fast one across our branches or HQ. If you like your days to actually fly by, this gig’s for you.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

– Play wingman for our bank relationships – yeah, you’ll be handling a bunch of those day-to-day banking things that keep the money moving.
– Make sure there’s always enough cash so operations don’t grind to a halt, branches aren’t left hanging, and vendors get paid (because angry vendors are the worst).
– Keep an eagle eye on cash collections from all branches. If someone’s slacking on deposits, you’ll spot it.
– Track every rupee in and out, keep those internal cash flow sheets updated, and maybe freak out (a little) when numbers don’t add up.
– Help with paying vendors. Paperwork, approvals, the whole nine yards.
– Prep and update those Bank Reconciliation Statements. If something looks sketchy, you’ll be the first to wave the red flag.
– Coordinate with our Cash Collection Execs to make sure everyone’s following the rules (or at least pretending convincingly).
– Back up the Deputy Manager with loan settlements, moving funds between banks, and figuring out where the money should go next.
– Babysit treasury ops at the branches, especially anything to do with cash handling or deposit confirmations.
– Make sure staff get their advances, loans, and reimbursements on time—no one likes waiting for their money.
– Work with receivables and accounts payable teams so everyone’s singing from the same cash position hymn sheet.
– Dig up data for internal audits, bank checks, and those “surprise” treasury reviews.
– Spot ways to make our cash controls tighter and our visibility better. If there’s a hack, we wanna hear it.
– Pick up any other random stuff the bosses throw your way. Hey, it’s all part of the job.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

– Part-qualified in ICMA, CIMA, ACCA, or CA. If you know, you know.
– 3 to 5 years doing the treasury/banking/finance hustle.
– Actually understand cash flow management, banking processes, and reconciliations. Not just buzzwords for you, right?
– You can work Excel like a ninja, and you’ve wrangled with ERP or treasury management systems before.
– Analytical? Organized? Communicate like you mean it? Check, check, check.
– And, above all, you’re honest, detail-obsessed, and not about to cut corners.
