Unity Foods Limited, the top FMCG company in Pakistan, is looking for a Key Account Manager who is both a strategist and a results-oriented person to be part of its Islamabad team. It is a role perfect for those with a strong background in managing modern trade or key accounts, who love to see sales increased and to create solid business connections.
Taking on the role of a Key Account Manager entails the duty of overseeing and developing ties with indirect modern trade distributors, and negotiating trade agreements while also taking care of the sales targets. Additionally, you will have to scrutinize market trends, keep an eye on the competition and come up with ways to increase revenue and facilitate the growth of the category.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and growth targets

Manage and strengthen relationships with indirect modern trade distributors

Negotiate terms, discounts, and trade agreements with key partners

Analyze sales data, category trends, and market insights to drive business decisions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and promotional activities

Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within assigned accounts
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
-
4–6 years of experience in FMCG key accounts or modern trade

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
