𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Managing employee relations, grievance handling, & disciplinary procedures of blue collar staff.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, EOBI & Social Security contribution & handling related claims.
• Overseeing payroll processing & ensuring accuracy on attendance.
• Implementing HR Policies & ensuring proper documentation & compliance in worker onboarding & employment records. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Graduate with 4–6 years’ experience, preferably in the textile industry.
