Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting customer, vendor and agent agreements;
- Firm knowledge and interest of Data Privacy Laws and Regulations in the region
- Experience and knowledge of international compliance legislation – FCPA – UKBA
- Experience in the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements – MOU’s, NDA’s and Agency Agreements etc.
Job Requirements:
- A qualified lawyer with 3-4 years PQE
- Must be qualified as a lawyer in a jurisdiction
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
