JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and conduct strategic user research to identify user insights and product opportunities in KSA and GCC. Explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, participatory workshops, surveys, usability testing, logs analysis.and online experiments (A/B testing) Identify gaps, conduct desk research, generate hypotheses, and develop qualitative or mixed methods research plans Plan, design, and conduct UX research to inform requirements, evaluate concepts, and assess usefulness and usability of projects. Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other User’s to prioritize research opportunities and understand user needs Drive change through research. Make research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be the go-to person on your team for all things related to user research, user behaviors, best practices conducting the right research Experience validating concepts and prototypes to uncover additional insights and opportunities Proven track record of completing several research initiatives that have effectively informed product direction Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross functional partners including exec team to drive impact Ability to provide a digital portfolio demonstrating professional research and problem-solving skills Proficiency in both English and Arabic
