Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC Recognized Institute/University, Master’s degree shall be given preference.
At least one year’s experience working in a similar field, however, knowledge about cricket and its various laws and how a cricket academy is run is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, on board, and manage vendors for various services and supplies required by the Sports Complex.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously evaluate vendor performance to drive improvements and cost efficiencies.
Develop and maintain MIS to support data-driven decision-making within the Sports Complex.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement and automate MIS solutions.
Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategic decision-making
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across MIS platforms.
Oversee income reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
Verify and reconcile revenue streams from two sources ground booking income and Academy sessions income.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues related to income reconciliation.
Generate financial reports and statements related to income reconciliation for income posting with Central Payments.
