Job Responsibilities:
- Animation of the Internal Communication Committee: relaying information and maintaining links with employees
- Writing articles and diverse communications
- Management, coordination, and updating of different communication channels: Intranet, Newsletter Digital, Printed Magazine, Emailing…
- Ensuring the Intranet Community’s implementation
- Coordination of our Onboarding journey ( events, tools…) and different events: conferences, activities, after-work, escapades…
Job Requirements:
- Master degree and a first experience as an Internal Communication executive or in a role similar in an international company. Recruitment experience will be a real advantage.
- Excellent relation and communication skills as well as a real sense of service.
- You are organized, multi-task and dynamic in your communication.
- Ease with human relation and intercultural environment. You are creative and like to work in a project way
- Capacity to structure ideas and your ability to take initiatives will be key to succeeding in this position.
