Position: Site supervisor

📍 Location: Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full time.
🎓 Experience Level:

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably from a reputable OMC.
• Strong expertise in site supervision, HSE compliance, inventory control, contractor coordination, and regulatory adherence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Supervision

• Perform daily site work** and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the plan and regulations.
• Coordinate with **Engineers, Contractors, Suppliers**.
• Supervise site staff** (laborers, supervisors, security).
• Use manpower, machinery, and materials** in the most efficient manner.

Safety and regulations:**

• Follow HSE and company regulations**.
• Transfer fuel safely to the tank.
• Be prepared for authorities and inspections**.

Inventory and reporting:**

• Check project progress, manage bills and expenses, and submit reports.
• Organize materials and stock.
• Oversee shop operations, such as maintaining stock, cash, and hygiene.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil marketing, fuel depots, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills with good communication abilities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Supply Coordination:

• Coordinate daily petroleum supply and achieve operational targets.
• Supervise gantry operations and tank farm activities, physical inspection and monitoring.
• Perform loading/unloading operations and monitor safety and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth movement of products.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Ensure daily operational reports, stock monitoring and documentation.
• Monitor operations of third party storage depots.
• Identify ideas for operational improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Compliance and Standards:

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Maintain operational discipline and safety SOPs.
