🔹 Position 1: Manager Retail Sales

Location: Vital House, Lahore
Experience: 8–10 years (OMC experience mandatory)
Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement retail sales strategies to increase sales volume
Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities
Oversee daily retail operations ensuring policy compliance
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company goals
Identify potential fuel pockets to boost sales
Achieve assigned sales targets for fuel (HSD / PMG) and lubricants

🔹 Position 2: Manager Retail Development

Location: Vital House, Lahore

Negotiate with dealers and stakeholders to secure prime retail locations
Evaluate proposed retail outlet sites against business objectives

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field

Experience:
8–15 years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC), depending on position
