Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers and escort them to their tables
• Make menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information about the restaurant menu
• Prepare the table by setting up linens, silverwares, and glasses
• Inform the guests about the special offers and discounts, and upsell additional products when appropriate
• Responsible on getting and serving food based on the customer’s orders
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
• Handles customer complaints and endorse them to the manager
• Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders

Requirements

• You must have two to three years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
• You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
• You must have the attention to details and patience for customers
• You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
• You are currently located in the UAE
