We are seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our heavy machinery parts and equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods/spare parts
➤ Ensure accurate inventory management and timely updates in the warehouse management system
➤ Perform packing, barcoding & shelving of items in the allocated areas
➤ Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
➤ Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
➤ Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse
➤ Assist with verification of each spare parts
➤ Assist with customer order collections
➤ Prepare and complete orders for loading/unloading and assist with dispatching the equipment
➤ Assist with maintaining inventory records of received and disbursed goods
➤ Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner
➤ Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
➤ Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Familiarity with heavy machinery parts and equipment
Forklift certification is a plus
2 years UAE warehouse experience
Knowledgeable in WMS
