Job Responsibilities:

• Economic results of the Project Development business

• Project Development strategy

• Operative lead of the Project Development function including setting targets, selecting focus areas and projects, supporting and managing people, and budgets

• Relationship building with key financiers, electrical generation organizations, governmental agencies

• Profit and loss of the function

• Lead and manage Project Development activities

• Select focus areas and projects to originate along with the strategy and company objectives

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with strategic partners and multi-lateral institutions jointly with Market Development

• Support Sales in finance and development service activities, and in making strategies for capturing deals (Deal room)

Job Requirements:

• Expert in project development and financing of IPPs Management & Leadership Skills and Expertise:

• Team leadership, coaching and delegating

• Goal focus, making things happen

• Forward thinking

• Good in building relationships

• Self-confident with influencing power

• Open and flexible

• M. Sc.(Eng) or similar preferred with several years of progressive power plant project finance experience, or a Bachelor Degree and 10 years of requisite progressive experience

• Spanish language ability is an asset
