Job Responsibilities:
- Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services
- Ensure clients are welcomed in warm, personalized and engaging manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
- Ensure sales-related procedures are followed accurately
- Participate in daily operational tasks relative to the running of the boutique
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a luxury Retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jeweler.
- Solid understanding of client service and operations in the boutique.
- Passionate about Watches and Fine Jeweler and have a strong Fashion sensitivity.
- Your interpersonal, communication and influencing skills will be real assets to succeed in this position.
