We are looking for a Web Programmer who knows how to use graphic design, analytic skills, and programming and scripting languages to turn business needs into web-based applications and dynamic web content, connect databases to a content management system, and change the look and feel of web pages. The winner will be able to identify project goals, define requirements, and use structured analysis to come up with and implement program development plans. Must be able to think outside the box and be a good leader to inspire and motivate your team to finish the project.
