Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to clients on Western Union brand strategy & creative excellence. Provide coaching, training and development to your direct reports (in partnership with global creative and account leads) within respective regions on strategic brief writing, how to provide effective and strategically based feedback.
  • Develop relationship with regional marketing counterparts to promote the global brand platform and act as a brand guardian in order to ensure strict adherence to guidelines and maintain a thorough, ongoing knowledge of the corporate and regional business goals, customers, and competitive environments.

Requirements:

  •  You will need solid client services experience and/or planning in an ad agency environment – building, managing and executing brand strategy for diverse brands across multiple categories.
  • Ad agency experience is a mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with integrated communication plans including ATL, BTL, digital, social, loyalty and customer experience.
