What you’ll actually be doing:
– Juggle the daily chaos in the Dyeing Department (yeah, you’ll be running the show).
– Tackle this whole DTM thing—basically, you make sure colors match up exactly, or people will definitely notice.
– Play nice with both the production and quality folks. Communication is key, or it all goes sideways.
– Keep records and whip up reports. Not the most thrilling part, but someone’s gotta do it.
