We’re Hiring | Deputy Manager – Internal Audit (Inventory)

Yunus Textile Mills is looking for a meticulous and analytical professional to join our Internal Audit Department as Deputy Manager – Inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of inventory controls, audit procedures, and risk assessment to ensure operational accuracy and compliance across all warehouse and production functions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct physical inventory audits across units and reconcile variances with system records.
-Review and verify GRNs, issuance, and transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy.
-Assess warehouse controls, storage conditions, and stock movement processes.
-Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory to recommend disposal or utilization strategies.
-Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control frameworks.
-Coordinate with supply chain, production, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
-Identify process gaps and recommend practical, risk-based control improvements.
-Prepare audit observations, reports, and follow-up action plans for management review.
-Support annual and surprise inventory counts and ensure timely reporting of findings.
