The Assistant Manager – Admissions, Outreach & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and executing the admission process for all academic programs. The role will also involve planning and implementing outreach and marketing activities to promote the institution’s programs, enhance visibility, and attract quality applicants.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – ADMISSIONS, OUTREACH & MARKETING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Direct all aspects of the admissions process including inquiries, applications, entrance tests, interviews, and enrollment • Process admission applications accurately and in a timely manner, while upholding policies established by the institution • Advise, counsel and inform prospective students and parents about program offerings, admission guidelines, and careers • Prepare reports, statistics, and forecasts about admissions for management to review • Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies, academic regulations, and quality standards to maintain integrity and consistency.
OUTREACH & MARKETING • Support the planning and implementation of outreach strategies and activities to schools, colleges, and your community, in order to raise awareness about academic programs • Help coordinate open houses, admission fairs, seminars, and promotional events for prospective students • Work with internal marketing teams to prepare recruitment content for brochures, digital campaigns, and social media, to promote admissions • Create connections and maintain positive relationships with educational consultants, partner institutions, and stakeholders • Track and report market trends and competitor strategies and offer suggestions for enhancing outreach
COORDINATION & SUPPORT • Collaborate with academic departments to gain an understanding of the strengths of their programs and effectively promote them to prospective applicants • Coordinate consistent branding and messaging with the marketing, communication to ensure consistency • Train and supervise admission officers/executive staff in accordance with training and guidance provided by this position • Respond to questions from students and/or parents in a timely manner to support a positive admission experience
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
