✔️ Language: Professional-level English fluency (spoken & written). ✔️ Experience: Prior experience in a call center, dispatch, or coordination role is a plus. ✔️ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling tools, communication platforms, and CRM software. ✔️ Attention to Detail: Ability to track locations, schedules, and provide accurate instructions. ✔️ Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to handle unexpected schedule changes. ✔️ Availability: Must be able to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM USA time shift.
