Description

Role Overview – Express Pack is hiring a Customer Services Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for organized customer service professionals with strong coordination skills, manufacturing or packaging industry knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer service within a packaging and industrial manufacturing environment. Customer Service and Account Management – You will provide customer service and manage accounts by serving as primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries about packaging products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns professionally, providing product information and specifications, coordinating customer requirements, maintaining regular communication with accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality, responsive customer service. Order Processing and Coordination – You will process orders and coordinate fulfillment by receiving customer purchase orders and requests, entering orders into systems accurately, verifying order details and specifications, coordinating with production and warehouse on order fulfillment, tracking order status and progress, communicating delivery timelines to customers, managing order modifications and cancellations, and ensuring accurate, timely order processing. Sales Support and Quotation Coordination – You will support sales and coordinate quotations by preparing price quotations for packaging products, calculating pricing based on specifications and quantities, coordinating with sales teams on customer requests, processing quotation approvals, following up on quotations with customers, converting quotes to orders, and supporting sales activities through effective customer service coordination.
