Responsibilities

Channel passion for customer service and claim ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution while collaborating with different teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s from a reputable institution. Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. Knowledge of customer service principles and methods. Experience in Client Communication. Ability to work in US timings.
