Responsibilities

Channel passion for customer service and claim ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution while collaborating with different teams. Research and grasp information across multiple tools while keeping the customers engaged. Effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences. Qualifications

Bachelor’s from a reputable institution. Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. Knowledge of customer service principles and methods. Experience in Client Communication. Ability to work in US timings.
