Filipino/ Arabic Receptionist for a Aesthetic and Longevity Clinic in Jumeirah

Ontime Group is seeking a bilingual Filipino/Arabic Receptionist to join our Aesthetic and Longevity Clinic located in Jumeirah. This role requires a warm and professional individual who can effectively communicate with our diverse clientele while providing excellent front-desk support and customer service.

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic's calendar efficiently Provide detailed information about aesthetic and longevity services offered at the clinic Assist clients with check-in and check-out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance verification where applicable Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and feedback

High School / Intermediate (12th) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in: Healthcare Administration Hospitality Business Administration) Previous experience as a Receptionist in clinic / hospital / aesthetic center (preferred) Fluency in Filipino and/or Arabic (English is an advantage)
