HR & Admin Executive (AI & Automation Enabled)

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting Human Resources and administrative operations using a structured, data-driven, and technology-focused approach. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency through HR systems, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.

Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination) Manage onboarding and employee documentation Maintain HRIS data and digital employee records Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, notices, policies) Track probation periods, confirmations, and contract renewals Ensure confidentiality of employee information Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets using HR systems Generate attendance reports and identify irregularities Coordinate with departments for workforce scheduling Maintain employee performance data and KPI tracking Assist in implementing performance systems (KPI/OKR) Prepare performance reports and dashboards

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration. Basic understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
