Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Accounting Assistant to support both our Human Resources and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, employee record-keeping, payroll processing, invoicing, and general bookkeeping duties. This is a key support role for ensuring smooth internal operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Support time tracking and leave management. Help implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR and/or accounting roles preferred. Understanding of labor laws and basic HR practices. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
