Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & shortlisting) • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates & hiring managers • Maintain and update employee records & HR databases • Draft and post job ads on different platforms • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications

✔ Fresh graduates (HR preferred) ✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office ✔ Organized, detail-oriented & responsible
