HR & People Operations Manager

NH Management is looking for a hands-on HR professional to take ownership of our people function and support the day-to-day running of a growing, fast-paced business. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a founder-led environment — not just designing policies, but actually implementing and managing them. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and bringing structure and consistency to internal processes.

Managing onboarding, contracts, HR records, and employee lifecycle Supporting compliance with UAE Labour Law (Mainland, DIFC, ADGM) Handling employee relations and day-to-day HR matters Implementing and improving HR policies and internal processes Supporting recruitment and talent coordination Assisting with office management and internal organisation Acting as a key point of contact for team support and coordination

3–6 years of HR / People Ops experience in the UAE Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law (DIFC & ADGM experience is a strong advantage) Highly organised, reliable, and solution-oriented Comfortable taking ownership and working independently Strong interpersonal skills with a practical, no-nonsense approach

Experience in corporate services, consultancy, or regulated environments Experience building or improving HR processes in growing companies
