Manager, Marketing Trauma & Extremities, EEMEA

This is a senior marketing leadership role at Stryker, a global medical technology company. The Manager of Product Marketing for Trauma & Extremities (EEMEA region) is responsible for turning global marketing strategy into local execution, driving regional growth, and leading a product marketing team across multiple countries.

Translate global marketing strategies into regional action plans Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs) for the EEMEA region Align marketing activities with business goals, KPIs, and sales priorities Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing managers Foster collaboration, performance, and skill development Support career growth and capability building within the team Analyze competitors (new products, pricing, market trends) Share insights with central/global marketing teams Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes

8+ years of marketing experience (minimum 2 years in a managerial role) Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) Experience in MedTech or B2B healthcare industry Proven success in regional marketing strategy and product launches Experience managing teams across multiple countries Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Ability to handle complex projects and fast-paced environments Willingness to travel up to 50%
